Fundamentals of Computer Programming I (Scheme)Prerequisites: MATH 10600, or placement into 13100 or equivalent; or consent of departmental counselor required; previous computer experience and advanced mathematical knowledge not required. This course meets the general education requirement in the mathematical sciences.
Catalog Description: This course introduces computer programming using the functional programming language Scheme. We emphasize design, algorithm construction, and procedural/functional/data abstraction.
