Applications for Faculty and Academic Nonfaculty Positions

Your application should include a cover letter specifying the position you are interested in, together with a curriculum vitae containing relevant personal information, educational and employment history, publications, grants, etc.

Full and Associate Professors

Include a list of references (do not send letters of recommendation directly), either in your CV, or in the cover letter.

Assistant Professors and Instructors

Please include a summary of your dissertation and a description of your plans for future research. Arrange to have at least three letters of recommendation sent directly to the Chairman of the Department of Computer Science. Letters may be sent by U.S. Mail to:

The letters of recommendation should assess your scientific powers and promise. At least one of your letters should address your capabilities and experience in teaching.
