Techstaff
The department's Techstaff is responsible for maintaining the computers in Ryerson Hall, including the Profesional Program lab on the 4th floor. Please email techstaff if you discover any problem with the hardware or systems software, or have questions about accessing our systems.We try to assist with all technical problems, except for homework assignments, and some application software that is maintained by individual teaching assistants. We will try to point you in the right direction if the problem does not fall within our scope.
While we are most effective processing emailed requests, we do maintain walk-in hours at our offices in 254 Ryerson.
