Senior Software Engineer

Office: Norwalk, CT
Senior Software Engineer with FactSet Research Systems Inc. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or higher, or foreign equivalent in computer science or a related technical field, and 3 years of industry experience in software engineering. (In lieu of stated education and experience, will accept a Master’s degree or higher in stated field.) Must have experience or course work in programming in C++ or an OOP language, and programming in Perl or Python. Must be available for on-call responsibilities 24/7 every other week. Assist in developing applications for FactSet’s Regulatory Filings products. Work closely with Product Developers and other Software Engineers to build applications, utilities and infrastructure that allow clients to easily consume/analyze Regulatory Filings. Salary range: $90,000/year to $120,000/year. Job located in Norwalk, CT. Position eligible for Employee Referral Program.
