Trade Support Analyst
Belvedere Trading is seeking a Trade Support Analyst that has recently graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline. The ideal candidate will be a self- starter that is eager to progress, with sound technical knowledge combined with exceptional communication skills. This entry/mid-level position will provide an opportunity to learn Belvedere’s Proprietary Software Environment and Trading Operations in a challenging and fast-paced environment. As a member of the support group, the right candidate will be versed in scripting and query languages and have superb troubleshooting, communication, and information gathering skills to help aid peers and development in resolving complex issues.

What our Trade Support Analysts do:
Our Trade Support Analysts diagnose a wide variety of issues that our traders experience with our proprietary trading software platform and work with our software development teams to develop long term solutions. Trade Support Analysts fill a vital role in the day-to-day life of Belvedere, helping to ensure maximum up-time for our trading operations.
More specifically, our Trade Support Analysts:
• Manage production and support issues on key financial market systems
• Report bugs and recommend software enhancements
• Support our trading desks and solve trading issues
• Work great under pressure
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for top-notch Trade Support Analysts. Our Trade Support Analysts come from a variety of backgrounds, but all are very helpful people with superb troubleshooting, communication, and information gathering skills
Key qualities in great candidates:
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience in application support and administration
• Knowledge of electronic trading system applications
• Interest in FIX engines/protocol
• SQL Query Experience
• Extra credit: Experience in a trading environment
