IT Specialist

We are looking for an agile and experienced IT professional with some programming knowledge. If hired, you will be involved in the upkeep and maintenance of office wide IT systems, including workstation maintenance, server maintenance, and troubleshooting IT problems. You will also be involved in many aspects of the software development cycle, including architecture, development, integration, testing, and maintenance. You will work closely with our technology team in Chicago and Atlanta to help identify and translate business processes into technology solutions.
Other than being great at IT and having a programmer’s mindset, you should also have strong written and communication skills as well as the flexibility to routinely communicate with developers who aren’t always available in-person. What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant experience
* 2-3 years of IT experience, including server and workstation maintenance
* Very strong familiarity with 2010/2013 Microsoft Office software including Excel, Access, Visio, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
* Understanding of HTML and CSS as applied to web development
* Some understanding of SQL querying, C#, and .NET development
* Ability to work in team oriented environments
* Strong technical and non-technical communication skills

* Experience with Git/Subversion/Other Version Control System
