REMEMBER THESE 3 CRUCIAL POINTS
- Check the discussion on WWW frequently --- at least every
Tuesday, Thursday, and weekend --- preferably every day.
- On each homework, create a brief presentation that could be used to
teach someone about the material in the assignment. Don't just
hand in programs, inputs and outputs. Make sure that you include
clear and informative tests of your programs' behaviors.
- Read the relevant portions of the textbook on your own, and think
through the connection between the presentation in the book and
the closely related, but different, ideas that I discuss in
class. Lectures and text are complementary, not redundant.
