Papers that we are reading
This course will explore the digital nature of biology at the molecular scale. We will focus on novel interactions in protein/ligand associations.
The course will develop the necessary background in protein biophysics as well as explore advanced topics.
Students will present one research paper to the class and will perform a research project, in addition to basic homework exercises.
We will use nrpdb.tar.gz for some experiments with the PDB
