This course will explore the digital nature of biology at the molecular scale. We will focus on the role of the entropy in protein/ligand associations.
For people who have limited background in quantitative protein biophysics, special arrangements will be made to learn this material concurrently.
We will use nrpdb.tar.gz for some experiments with the PDB
